Overview

Most therapists curious about psycholytic work have read about it, thought about it, perhaps referred clients toward it. This day is something different: a direct, unhurried experience of what Low-5 actually does — in a room full of peers, with full control over your own dose and depth.

What surprises most participants isn't the intensity of the experience. It's the precision of it. Rather than a diffuse altered state or a narrative journey, Low-5 tends to go directly to a quality of calm, presence, and openness — quickly, cleanly, and with very little sensory noise.

This is not a high-dose experience. It is not aimed at breakthrough states or ego dissolution. If you're curious about a precise, manageable tool that could sit alongside clinical work — this is the place to start.

The Day

Morning Titration, dosing strategy, and self-administration — grounded, unhurried, with time for questions before anything experiential begins
Afternoon Open exploration of Low-5 for mindfulness, somatic awareness, and presence — at your own pace and dosing
Close Guided integration exercise and group reflection
