If you have a meditation practice — even one that's been dormant for years — this day is built around it. The morning is the same practical foundation shared across all introductory Labs: titration, dosing strategy, and self-administration. The afternoon is where 101B diverges.
Rather than a structured exploration of mindfulness applications, the afternoon is deliberately open. You bring your existing practice into contact with Low-5 and observe what happens. Contemplative states that have been worked toward gradually sometimes become accessible quickly, easily, and with a clarity that recalibrates what you thought your practice could do.
As with 101A, the range of experience is wide. Some participants have a moment of genuine depth. Many describe a quiet, clarifying quality that is valuable without being dramatic. All of that is right.
Outcomes listed below are based on what participants typically report and will vary by individual.
Every participant receives a pre-scheduled 1:1 follow-up call within 1–3 days of the lab.
Availability is limited to 4–10 participants. Designed for practitioners with a dormant or active meditation practice.
