Sit in both seats of a Low-5-assisted therapy session — as client and as therapist — and get a sense of what each role actually requires.
Participants work in pairs, alternating roles across two sessions in each role (four sessions total). The format is experiential and relational — you learn by doing, with Low-5 practitioners available to provide as much or as little support as you want.
Completing 201 does not constitute clinical training for use with clients. What it gives you is a felt reference point for both roles and a foundation for continued peer practice — within Pattern Project programs or peer groups you may wish to organise yourself.
Outcomes listed below are based on what participants typically report and will vary by individual.
Every participant receives a pre-scheduled 1:1 follow-up call within 1–3 days of the lab.
Availability is limited to 8 participants. Prerequisite: Low-5 101A or Low-5 101B.
